Ismael Rac is no longer selling his tubes.

However Digital Scrap stores do have his tubes for resell
Which you will need a license from where you purchase his
Resell Tubes from
As far as Scrapkits, there are a few that are not available
You can use a different Scrapkit, and same with templates.
Or make your own template and use my tutorial as a guide.
